Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Aura Vitality, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to every client. To ensure optimal scheduling and service availability, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

Appointment Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for services.

* Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $75 cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit.

*Appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered confirmed and are subject to this policy.

No-Show Policy

if you do not show up for an appointment and do not contact us in advance, it will be considered a no-show.

* First no-show: A $75 fee will be charged or deposit forfeited.

* Multiple no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment or denial of future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.

Deposits

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. This will be applied to your service unless the appointment is missed or canceled without proper notice.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accomodate you.
